Bruckner is a Hollywood California native born to an Hungarian and a Russian father who had divorced from their mother at some point in the past, was raised by her German paternal grandmother. Her parents met in Hungary and moved into the U.S. in 1984 through the refugee camp located in Italy. There are two sisters as well as one brother.
