Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member as well as the captain of the 2012's Fierce Five, in addition to the team captain for the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman won three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. In addition, she took home a bronze on balance beam. She became one of the few American to be awarded many Olympic medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 was the second consecutive gold medal for the US team. This made her, along with teammate Gabby - the first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around event. The three years that passed between her two Olympic Games, she took a break. The gold medal she won for the American team also won the two World Championships. The gymnastics lessons she began at the age of two and her most favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who died due to cancer. She wants to have the opportunity to have a career that is successful in the field of fashion. Leotards that she has designed, socks and other items will be expanded in the future. Fierce will be published later this summer.
